    In Store Purchases- RETURN POLICY:

    * No Returns or Exchanges Without a Receipt.

    * All qualifying returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the purchase date.

    For items sold at full retail value: (not on sale)

    * All items must be unworn and in like-new condition with all original tags attached.

    * SWIMWEAR may only be returned if all tags are attached, under no circumstances can swimwear be returned if any of the original tags are removed.

    * FOOTWEAR can only be returned if it has not been worn. Shoes or sandals showing any wear are not returnable.

    * SNORKLES/MASKS and SWIM GOGGLES are NOT returnable for any reason. We do NOT take masks/goggles back because they “leak”.

    * Cash Sales: Return Item Within 30 Days of Purchase, Receive Cash Back. No Returns After 30 Days.

    * Credit Card Sales: Return Item Within 30 Days of Purchase, Receive Credit Card Credit. No Returns After 30 Days.



    We do accept returns by mail. We do not do exchanges through the mail.

    First email and notify us of your return. Return for full credit must be post marked within 30 days of purchase.

    Returns by mail are for credit only. We can credit the credit card used within 30 day of purchase. No exchanges are made through the mail. You must re-order desired items through our online store,

    Include your name, email, phone number (so that we can contact you for credit card information), and a copy of the original receipt.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, we will call to obtain the credit card information from the original method of payment, a credit will then be issued within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
